Thread: Armitage Shanks, Cliffe Vale

Cliffe Vale is now very run-down,thanks to Stoke on Trent City Council who have in the last few years demolished all the housing and the post office there.
I happened to be passing on Sunday 7.11.2008 and saw that some sort of demolition or renovation was taking place in the Armitage Shanks works so I investigated....














I was spotted! The guy came over to me but said he didn't mind me wandering round to take a few photos. He also said that the site was being converted into a small businesses centre.
