    Default Lea quarry, Shropshire

    Everywhere you look on the internet people say its been closed around four years now, but one local I spoke to today said it was nearer seven (but what does he know? his parents only live opposite)

    Oh and apparently the National Trust are something to do with it etc etc blah blah, on with some pics..























    it was my first proper outing with the 17-40mm L lens..























    you've gotta love the 5D mark 2! these two were taken hand held in extremely low light!





    and finally... light was fading fast..




    I dont need anger management ... you just need to stop pissin me off !!

    Nice pics dude... I was thinking of getting the 17-40 aswell (with the 7d)
    The only thing I was stalling on, was the fact it has no IS... looks like it did well in the low light though!
