Default The waggon and horses, Wolverhampton

Imagine my delight at seeing this place wide open after wondering what it looked like inside for over three years... boy was I in for a disappointment!

those kind of places always looked 'good' with beer goggles on, but in cold light of day

too true mate!i used to frequent a pub in a little place called gayton in the late 7t's,i'd heard it had closed down,i really ought to go take look what it looks like now!(without beer glasses and the obligatory pickled egg in a bag of crisps from the gaffer at the end of the night!)

Builders have gone on site recently. I guess this place may be finding a new lease of life

Looks like this might be a co-op?

At least they have managed to adapt the building, so it appears the tiles are staying

Spookily enough I went past here early evening today and noticed the activity. It looked as tho there is a newly built boundary wall at the front and it looked too ornate to be a co-op to me to be honest......... may have to pop by tomorrow and see if I can find out whats occurring.....
