Moddershall Mills

Hello I am new to Midlands Heritage as anyone heard of salt mills in either Moddershall or Stone.

There was a salt mill near Weston but I don't know of any others.

Distinctive Staffordshire

There probably were smaller ones, not everything from the past has been recorded.

As far as i'm aware the mills in Moddershall and surrounding areas weren't salt mills. My dad was the last miller at Splashy Mill as i've said in a previous posting,i'm 99% certain he would've mentioned sumat about a salt mill close by.
