In Leek, Staffordshire, at the junction of Mill Street and West Street. Built around 1900, still open for use until around 10-12 years ago and it's a Grade II Listed Building
Brick with leaded roof. Single-storeyed octagonal structure with bell cast roof surmounted by louvred cupola. Adjoining entrances divided by a length of wall which continues as serpentine retaining wall. Lunette window in alternating faces.
Wonder if it would be possible to get access to take interior photos granted by the local council?

Seems a shame the Leek loo isn't still in use.
I'm sure that work was done to it a few years ago to repair "damage" done (think some one was after the lead if memory serves me right![]()
lol, I wonder who's gonna be first with a 'leek' joke !?
( is that a Turnstile in the gentlemen's at Worcester? )

Church Street, Rugby. It looks like a cottage, doesn't it? Errrm...could that be where the term 'cottaging' comes from?

Urinal outside The Horseshoe pub at Matlock Green, Derbyshire. The farmers' market used to be held around the area where the now-closed pub is and this is where they could relieve themselves
