AN NHS worker is keen for the prestigious gates of Royal Doulton to be preserved for future generations.

Steve Jervis-Price, aged 40, from Burslem, wants to see the gates moved to the Potteries Museum and Art Gallery, in Hanley, before developer St Modwen converts the site into shops, a business park and homes.
