A friend of mine currently lives in the old building and is wondering of anyone knew where details or floor plans were available as curious to see what part of the building she lives in.

Try the developers or Birmingham pct, but I wouldn't hold your breath in either case or alternatively ask over on here but supply a photo to give them something to work with-
