Gun Battlements Ibiza

during the second world war, Ibiza was under german command. these 3 battlements are on botafock island, across from Ibiza harbour.
sadly mostly filled with rubbish, but interlinked with tunnels, all that remains is here.

a couple more too, but in all honesty i was bricking it lol .
i found another tunnel near cabo roig in spain recently too, got pics in there. no rooms in either tho. but at the cabo roig one i couldnt find any evidence of any remains, just a really odd kind of above ground storage bunker and the remains of an underground/surface one too.

Fascinating pics, thanks, polski. I'd no idea that part of Spain had been occupied by the Germans during WWII although I knew that Franco was a Fascist

i stumbled on these 20 years ago because my god mother had an apartment on botafoch island. went back this year for sum digital photos ! Its surprising what we learn eh!!
