    Default derelict factory

    This was used as an art gallery in 2003, the lease was to last 2 years. I went to an exhibition there in 2004, some great art, good food, bad wine though and a band.
    It's was interesting building.

    Is this in or near Smethwick? If so I feel a trip over there coming on...

    Looks great, but also like there has been a HUGE fire in the upper floors. You can see out the roof in the second shot.
