This former Parker's brewery pub is on Hot lane, and since being closed (unsure as to when) has been home to a local Scout Troop, but now looks as if its being converted into flats. As well as the fantastic Parkers mosaic on the side, there is also a WW1 memorial attached to the front of the building.



















Having come across a few former pubs (that still retain some original features) that now have an alternative use is there a need for a sub-section to post in?

It's only the Parker's sign and the war memorial that are preventing this from being demolished imo

yes it seems odd standing there whilst all around have been demolished. Not sure that either would prevent its final demise, particularly as many a memorial has been re-sited before
