Default Paget Arms - time gentlemen please

Hi all, I was mooching around the back of Wolverhampton a couple of weeks ago and found this regal looking establishment, the clock has stopped here indeed.
I was going to have a mooch around inside however, the pub is located in what seemed a fairly salubrious part of town ( sorry to anyone that lives nearby ) so I chickened out

Is this a real coat of arms ?

I'm not sure I'd describe the area as salubrious! Nearby is where I had the "interesting" experience of being in a house where a concrete block was thrown through the window, and a lighted plastic container of petrol thrown onto the car (not mine) outside. The pub had the dudious distinction in 1982 of the landlord leaving after being sent to gaol for wounding with intent. Certainly the times I visited it (1990s) it didn't seem to have much to offer, and was definitely one of those places where if you weren't local you were looked on with suspicion.

The Paget Arms is in Park Lane, Fallings Park, next to the bus garage.

Had a look while out and about yesterday evening and its still standing. There is no signs of the fire damage from outside at the front, other than the roof above the clock and coat of arms (on the left as you look at it)
