No, it's a lapwing

Snapped near Morridge Top on the Leek-Buxton road. Anyone know how I can enlarge the overall pic? I've had to crop the original photo and this is the largest image I can get

Is this any good? Shows it dropping its bombload quite well but a bit blurred, though I tried to sharpen it
