What's odd about it? Well, it's made of wood and painted white plus it's not a permanent fixture, it's brought out every year in readiness for Remembrance Day.

Even odder is that the real war memorial is about 15 yards away. You can just see it in the photo below, behind and to the left of the wooden one.

The reason for this is probably because there's easier access to this one but seems odd that there's not one wreath on the real memorial.
