Patients at work use them as toilets. You'd be surprised at what we find in them.

This is a bee, it's had the contents of its thorax removed, probably by a great tit. It was still alive (just) at the time of the photograph, but I put it out of its misery afterwards.

The kitchen widow of a friends house. I've never seen such a clear impact impression before. I think it was probably a sparrowhawk, after a small bird in their garden. Most likely went away with quite a headache!
