    Unhappy 93 Goldthorn Hill, Wolverhampton

This looked as tho it was a nice place at one time....

    From above!

Round the back there was still some furniture in, but it was a bit spartan to say the least....

Unhappy Re: 93 Goldthorn Hill, Wolverhampton

Such a shame as it would make a great little house for someone I can imagine that it was a lovely place at one time

    Agreed

Abandoned houses with furniture and stuff still inside make me wonder whether someone's still living there in all the dirt and squalor.

If there is I'd say that imprisoned is a better word, looking at the bars on the windows and stuff round the back....

    Demolition bid for ‘worst eyesore’
A fresh bid to flatten a historic cottage branded one of Wolverhampton’s biggest eyesores is under way, it emerged today.

Its a shame as there's worse eyesores around here.... if there's any councillors or officials reading this I'd suggest starting the bull dozers up at Heath Town...

Tonight's E&S reports that it is to be demolished. Does anyone have any access to English Heritage report. Also is the building timber framed or just 19thC brick built? It has great character and despite what others say I don't think it deserves to be destroyed!
