probably end up with some modern build thats totally out of keeping with the remaining properties
But hey, someone will make a quick buck out of it

In the 5th picture down My dads mum lived in the furthest away house on the left (High st ??) and his nan (my great Gran) lived in the first house on the right in front of the white van (John st ??).. I remember being on holiday in Majorca or somewhere in 81ish and a man recognized my dads accent (he moved to Manchester in the early 60's but still had his Biddulph accent back then).. they got chatting and the man said he'd grown up in the shop on the corner.. this one in the photo, turned out they knew each other when they were kids.. funny the things you remember.. my dad also recalls a tale of sitting at his desk in the upstairs front room window when a Fire ball.. some kind of ball lightning shot down the middle of the street towards the village..
