Default Clock and sundial at Woodstock, Oxfordshire

I have no idea how unusual it is to find both clock and sundial together but this is the only time I've seen it. They're at St Mary Magdalene church in Woodstock.

and in case you've never noticed before, sundials only give the hours between 7am and 6pm - at least this one does

or the clock is...?

Assuming the clock's running on GMT it shows how the time by sundials changes as you move west or east. Although 25 minutes does seem to be an excessive difference
