    Not totally sure, but the Oakamoor Sand Sidings could have been used by the CVR as a carriage & wagon maintenance base, so this rolling stock could be theirs. Also read somewhere that during the formation of what was to become the CVR it was proposed that the Oakamoor tunnel be used to house stock.
