Great Central Railway, Leicester

A bit of retro exploring here!!

Heres some pics I took of parts of the former great central main line through Leicester. These were taken between 1999 and 2001, much has now been destroyed unfortunately.

Everything has gone apart from whats shown in pics 1,2, and 9

Those three things that do survive are in a right state though

Yeah, they demolish something that would be ideal for transporting people into the city, next thing we know they are on about introducing congestion charges because we go into the city by car too much
